Our wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother. After reading your testimonials on your website I had no doubts that you two ladies would do a fabulous job. All of my emails and concerns were answered in a timely manner and everything went smooth. Our wedding party was only six people so planning wasn’t very stressful at all. Francesca met us at hotel La Tortuga and gave us an itinerary for our day. Caribbean Blue took care of the transportation, the flowers, which I loved and the hairdresser plus dinner reservations for after the wedding at Yaxche, which I would totally recommend. Dear sweet Irene,

I just wanted to let you know that everything about our wedding was perfect…especially, since we are not perfect…we were late…and it still went off without a hitch.  I was concerned about the “religious ceremony”…the woman who married us couldn’t have been more perfect for my personality.  Dan even commented that she seemed like she was from “Bekkah’s Circle”…in Minnesota, I am totally know for being more about “church” with people and the beautiful outdoors than in a stuffy, judgemental building…I hope that I said that in an okay and didn’t offend you. I also want you to know that you are more than welcome to use my email address (I plan on eventually changing my email to bekkah_guider@yahoo.com  - but will continue to check my old email…I will let you know any updates), phone number, photos, etc…whatever you would like…in fact, I am already sending you some business from the hotel we were staying at (a young couple from Jersey we met…), and more business from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota area.  I am a musician in a super fun metropolitan area…and have played in multiple bands…and know MANY wonderful, unique, outgoing couples that will eat up what we were able to experience with you and Francesca. :)  We will be showing EVERYONE we know our wedding photos.

“We were married February 6th, 2010 in Playa with the help of Caribbean Blue Weddings.  My husband and I had 76 of our closest friends and family travel from all over the world to join us for the special day, and every single person- from the grandparents to the young cousin had a fantastic time!  We wanted to give our guests the flexibility to stay where ever they wanted and not be bound to huge-all-inclusive resort just because we were getting married there.  We wanted less of a generic resort wedding, and a more personalized “Jamie and Andre” wedding, which we definitely had!  Before booking with Caribbean Blue, I was nervous about wiring money. I called some of the other ladies from the testimonial page and they assured me Caribbean Blue was sound choice.  Irene was very professional, and while all of our communication was over email from Colorado to Playa, I had the feeling that I was in good hands.  She suggested we stay at La Tortuga hotel and we loved it.  She arranged BEAUTIFUL flowers and a stunning flower arch.  Dennis with Blue Lens Photography was beyond awesome!  His staff took so many photos and got us copies of everything 2 short days after our wedding.  They were beautiful and we’re so glad to have documentation of our dream beach wedding!”
