Last October I started planning my wedding in Mexico. In mid January I discovered that there was a mistake in my booking, and that I would not be able to get married until two days after my guests left. My fiance and I started looking for wedding planners and found Irene and Francesca. From the first communication I felt very comfortable with Irene, and all the worries that I had went away very quickly - all the planning was so simple (and I think that is because these two ladies work so hard, they make it look easy!). What really made me happy was that I could ask question after question and I always got a response quickly, with all the information I needed!
The day of the wedding was perfect! The beach was incredible, the flower arrangements gorgeous, the caribbean trio fun, and the cocktail party at the beach fabulous! Even our driver was a sweetheart, and took us (two vans, and the entire wedding party) to fifth avenue in Playa del Carmen - just so I could get a picture I wanted! The best thing though was that both Irene and Francesca were there to make sure it went smoothly.
We would highly recommend Caribbean Blue Weddings, for any celebration!

My wedding was everything I imagined it would be, thanks to you! I must admit, I was a little wierd at first planning my wedding via email with two strangers, but you were both so organized, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The wedding site was unbelievable, my flowers were amazing, every little detail I requested was taken care of. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing, except for the Swine Flu scare! You ladies are pros and made everything effortless. I absolutely loved the guy who did my makeup and my hair was prefect! Alessandro, the photographer was excellent and I absolutely love our pictures and video. They did an amazing job. Thanks for all of your recommendations. Our reception at Negrosal was excellent. Our guests said it was the best food they had all week. The personalized menus were a nice touch. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you both and I highly recommend you for anyone getting married in Playa del Carmen.

Me and my husband, Court, had our wedding on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009 at Playacar Beach. It was nothing less than exceptional! We started working with Irene and Francesca about a year ago. I have to admit, I was a bit worried because I was not able to see the welcome dinner restaurant, wedding location, or reception ahead of time. However, every celebration worked out flawlessly. I was also very impressed along the way with Irene’s quick response time over email. I knew she was on top of the details from the very beginning! We had our welcome dinner at Casa del Agua and the ambiance and food was perfect. It was elegant (everything but the surgical masks due to the swine flu scare J) and festive but not stuffy. The wedding location was beautiful and it gave my guests a reason to see a different area within the Riviera Maya since most guesst were staying right in Playa del Carmen. I told Irene and Francesca what kind of flowers I like and they put together the most beautiful bouquets, bouts and arch. They have impeccable taste! Lastly, we had our reception at Zenzi Beach Club. The venue was great…open air, wonderful food and beachy vibe. My guests cannot stop raving about the appetizers and the great time they had. If anyone in your party has kids, they even have comfortable couches set up on the beach for them to sleep if it is past their bedtime…All in all, I would enthusiastically recommend Caribbean Blue Wedding for any bride and groom looking to get married in the Riviera Maya. Irene and Francesca do all the work…you just have to show up and enjoy. I never could have done this myself. Even the photographer and videographer amazed us….they came to our hotel on Monday morning (only 2 days later) and already had a presentation for us to view….we were sent home with VERY professional photo CDs and video already…instant gratification! I couldn’t believe they put it together so quickly and with unbelievable quality. Thank you again Irene and Francesca! Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be!
