Our wedding took place April 17th, 2009 in Playa Del Carmen.  I initially tried to go through our resort to plan our wedding and was frustrated.  I contacted Irene and Francesca and was given a very reasonable quote for the services I required.  They took care of every detail, they clarified everything promptly through email and provided a sense of ease.   The day before the wedding we met up to go over the final details,  I could tell right away I was dealing with professionals who love their job and really care about your day! On arrival at the beach, I noticed that it was very quiet, not your usual packed beach with tourists. It really makes a difference!   Reservations were made for our group at Casa Del Agua on 5th Avenue, which was heavenly, great service, view and food.   The next day, we were provided with our photos.  We had a photographer from Blue Lens photography who had our disc fully prepared, a beautifully done dvd slide show and disc with our photoshopped pictures on it.  The photographer was creative, fun and energetic.  He provided excellent instruction for us not so “model-esque” people.  They did a great job capturing our memories.

Our wedding on April 4^th in Playa Del Carmen was perfect! Irene and Francesca helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. First and foremost, I want to thank both Irene and Francesca for making our wedding ceremony even better than we could have imagined! Planning a destination wedding for 50+ people can be stressful, but Caribbean Blue Weddings was extremely reliable and ALWAYS responded to any type of question or detail within 24 hours…so rare! The private beach was amazing, and better than ANY location a resort could have provided, making our special moment with family and friends much more personal and memorable. (No roped off chairs or staring tourists in bathing suits!!) Our photos tell the best story, and we want to thank the photographer for his great work and sense of humor! The guitar trio created a great ambiance with the true Mexican flare we were looking for in our special day. Though we planned our own reception in a rented villa only blocks away from the beach, Irene and Francesca were there to help provide the necessities for a great after party.
